Method: Configure MyTV Online app

INSTRUCTIONS:

​

1. From the home screen, select the My TV Online app

​

2. Select Portal

​

3. In Portal enter the URL you will receive by email from us

​

4. Provide us with your MAC address that starts with 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX
 

5. Restart

COMMON TROUBLESHOOTING ERRORS 

1. If If you get a loading screen it means that we have not yet activated your subscription OR there is a discrepancy in the MAC address you provided to us.
